📦 Shipping Charges

  • 🚚 Free shipping across India
  • No minimum order value required

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 7–10 working days
  • Other locations: 10–15 working days
  • Stitched products: Additional 3–5 working days

👉 Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation.

⚠️ Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Strikes or logistical issues

We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

❗ No refund, return, or exchange will be applicable due to such delays.

📍 Address & Delivery Information

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
  • No changes are allowed once the order is shipped
  • For multiple addresses → place separate orders

⚠️ Important:

  • Ensure your address & PIN code are correct
  • Any penalty due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer
  • Re-shipping charges will apply if order needs to be sent again

👉 Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at delivery.

📬 Billing vs Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: Address used for billing
  • Shipping Address: Address where order will be delivered

Both can be same or different.

📦 Product Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock at all times.

In case a product is unavailable:

  • We will inform you within 5 working days
  • You can choose:
    • Refund
    • Replacement
    • Alternative product

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation or changes allowed within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed/shipped

🚛 Partial Shipment

  • Orders may be delivered in parts
  • Cancellation (if allowed) will apply only to unshipped items

📦 Lost in Transit

  • All shipments are insured

If an order is lost:

  • We will wait up to 15 days for confirmation
  • Then:
    • Re-ship the product OR
    • Offer refund / alternative product

  • Lost/stolen packages after delivery
  • Packages left unattended at address
